The modern wedding in the Philippines has an average cost of 150,000 pesos more or less than 200,000 depending on the location in which you hire your wedding suppliers. Big cities have a rather big spending on weddings compared to other towns and municipalities.
Since Davao City belongs to the big cities in the Philippines, it is slightly more expensive to get married in this city but not as expensive as Manila and Cebu weddings.
There are many affordable wedding venues in Davao City. By affordable, I mean the average spending of 150,000 pesos more or less but not more than 200,000 pesos. There is really no fixed budget when it comes to weddings because time and again, prices fluctuate and some adjustments must be considered.
So for the benefit of those who target to spend 150-200k for their wedding, this is my honest to goodness recommendations to choose these following venues for your wedding.
Regency Inn Hotel
This is a very popular event place for people who want to have a wedding within their means. This hotel offers a complete wedding package that includes everything you need for your wedding except for the attire rental and hair and makeup that are not included in their wedding packages. For as low as 45k, you will have a decent classic wedding with them.

Tulip Grand Plaza
A sister company of Davao Convention, this event place is located along McArthur Highway and very convenient for weddings. They have different wedding packages starting at 50k. They are located along the highway, near to malls, suites and apartelles and churches that makes it so easy to commute and run a last minute errand for the wedding.

Jack's Ridge Resort
Situated on the hills of Shrine of the Infant Jesus, Matina, this overlooking venue will captivate your wandering eyes especially for a wedding reception at their Penmar Hall 2 which has a breathtaking view of metro Davao at night. They have wedding packages starting at 52k more or less without the service charge and VAT.

Subdivision Clubhouses
There are countless prime villages and subdivisions in Davao City that offers their clubhouse as venue for events and parties. For a starting rental rate of about 3k, you can have the entire place to your event. If you are the do-it-yourself couple and very much willing to be hands-on to everything, this is your bet. The downside is that you will have to hire everything from sound system, lighting, caterer, chairs and tables, event stylists, and even ventilation system. Among the popular choices for wedding events are the clubhouses situated in Woodridge, Ladislawa, Solariega, North Crest, Robinson Highlands, Fuente De Villa Abrille and Emar Wavepool Covered Court.
