Featured Wedding: Larvin and Laiza

A garden wedding is the top choice of most brides and grooms for their wedding theme and venue. While you can transform a function hall into a garden wedding, nothing can outmatch the natural setting of a real garden venue for the wedding.

In Davao City, there are many garden settings that would cater weddings and events. Just this weekend, August 20, 2016, Saturday, the garden wedding of Larvin and Laiza took place in the most serene and magical place of Loleng's Mountain Spring Resort at Barangay Eden Bayabas Toril Davao City. To get to this place from downtown area, you can ride a taxi going to this place. You will spend about 500 pesos for the fare. It is about 55 kilometers from downtown Davao.

The Bride

The bride was hands on to everything in planning their wedding. She looked for wedding vendors through friends recommendations and online research. She had a budget on mind and followed through it with little adjustments along the way. She was primary wedding planner of her special day. Even how stressful the wedding planning process was, she emerged blooming and beautiful on her wedding day.

The Flowers

I made sure the bridal bouquet will be as beautiful as the blooming bride so I used soft pink carnations, white gerberas and white roses combined to perfect ball of flowers.

 The Chapel

At Loleng's Mountain Spring Resort, there is a small chapel perfect for an intimate wedding. There is also a wedding gazebo overlooking the city. It was my team's first time to reach this place and design a wedding here. The place was so serene, so intimate, so perfect for romantic memorable weddings.

The Reception

The couple wanted a simple modern, so we designed a soft and subtle mix of pink and white flowers over tall candle light. Accentuated with blossoming soft blue hydrangeas, the VIP table looks just as lush as it should without overpowering look.

The Newlyweds

The happy occasion was challenged with little glitches but nothing too major to cause a disaster. The groom was truly exceptional in troubleshooting the many problems. He kept things under control despite the tremendous pressure on his back. The wedding coordinators did their best to keep things going smoothly and to keep the bride worry free.

At the end of the day, the bride was happy and the groom seeing his wife happy was also relieved and happy as well. After all, what really matters is that a happy wife is a happy life! All is well that ends well indeed!

All thanks and praises to God who made this day possible and beautiful!
